My path has been one of transformation, from navigating self-doubt to becoming a Board-Certified Hypnotist, international speaker, and business strategist. Today, I help others do the same—whether it's empowering women to step into their full confidence or mentoring hypnotists to build thriving businesses.
I wasn’t always dangerously confident...I built it.
I am a transformational hypnotherapist and confidence catalyst, speaker, and podcaster, dedicated to helping women overcome fear, self-doubt, and emotional barriers to embrace their most confident and authentic selves. After enduring over 20 years of chronic pain and debilitating anxiety sparked by a home disaster, I discovered the transformative power of hypnosis. By applying the proprietary techniques I now use and teach my clients, I reclaimed my health, confidence, and purpose.
As the Founder and Owner of Lynne Hypnosis & Wellness and HypnoPro Accelerator, I am both a Board Certified Hypnotherapist (BCHP) and a Certified Hypnosis Instructor (CPHI). I am a sought-after speaker at conferences across the U.S., where I address topics such as mental and emotional resilience, confidence building, advanced hypnosis practices, and the business of professional hypnosis.
I have guided hundreds of clients worldwide in achieving life-changing breakthroughs through cutting-edge hypnosis techniques, offered both in-person and online. Beyond my practice, I have trained and certified aspiring hypnotists, equipping them with the
business and marketing strategies needed to build thriving practices and create meaningful change in their communities.
My mission is to help women unapologetically live their lives to the fullest, reprogram limiting beliefs, stop people-pleasing, and fully embrace their confidence. I am equally passionate about mentoring professional hypnotists, empowering them with the skills, strategies, and confidence to grow successful, impactful hypnosis practices. Through my Dangerously Confident Club, I am spearheading a movement of powerful, high-achieving women to stop playing “nice,” start saying "F-NO" to what isn't healthy, and start centering themselves to manifest the life and business that reflects their true power, unapologetic ambition, and limitless potential.
